Notch Estates

As you look off the deck at most places, you see a myriad of condos, roads, and people, and you hear more noise, but not at Notch Estates. We do not have an indoor pool, gym, Jacuzzi tubs, shuffleboard, or a miniature golf course. What we do have, is 150 wooded acres surrounding the complex that you are welcome to explore. We have a beautiful 5-acre lake in the valley below the condos at Notch Estates. It is about a quarter mile walk on a good trail, but it is not for the faint of heart. Once you are there, you can look in any direction and see the natural beauty of the Ozarks. There is not a building in sight. Getting there is easy, but coming back up will find out what kind of shape you are in. You are welcome to fish (and there are some really nice fish there) but leave them there for our next guests to enjoy.

The beautiful Ozarks change with every season of the year. It is quiet here at Notch Estates with no traffic going by. There are two large shelter houses with barbecue grills available for you and a play area for the kids. There are also barbecue grills at each of the condos. We also have a building complete with kitchen and a large room that will seat up to 60 people that you can reserve for group dinners and get together. We have a basketball goal and a horseshoe court, but you need to bring your own shoes. We have two pools, one is a large pool (8-feet-deep) with plenty of room to just sit and relax right by the shelter house. The other is a smaller pool (5-feet-deep), and perfect for smaller children or if you just want to relax and get a good tan. The view of the Ozarks from this pool is fantastic, and they are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day every year

Bring your bikes, skateboards, or roller blades and ride on ¾ mile of our private drive without worry of traffic. Don’t be surprised when you have to wait for the turkeys to cross the driveway, or when you wake up to a raccoon peaking in your window. You will likely have squirrels and chipmunks playing on the deck and see dozens of varieties of birds; you may even get to see some deer.

If you like water, there are several marinas within 15 minutes, where you can launch your boat or rent several different kinds of watercraft. We also have a parking area where you can keep your boat and trailer on the property.

You can leave the The Notch Cabins and be at Silver Dollar City in 5 minutes or be in the heart of Branson in 10 minutes. What a perfect place!
