Reservations will be temporarily held with this request for 10 days. We would appreciate if you could pay the full amount when the reservation is made. That will greatly reduce our bookwork. However, if the total is more than $300.00 we will accept a $100.00 deposit & the balance will be due 60 days prior to your arrival.

We will refund 100% of your payment in the following circumstances:

1. Death in your immediate family
2. Serious illness in your family
3. If we are able to fill the room on the date you had reserved

We will not refund for bad weather or road conditions
